Good wine is an experience, a drink that brings people together, makes a meal into a celebration and a celebration into an event. Over the course of history, wine has transformed itself from the mythical to the medicinal and on into the myriad varietals of today.
We are passionate about wine at A.Wong. Our food menu is created, sourced and refined using historical references, exceptional ingredients and almost alchemical techniques so that each dish is comlete to the most delicate detail. We apply that same attention to detail in our wines when researching provenance, composition and most importantly, taste. Our list is carefully curated and ever-changing; a collection of wines chosen to complement the variety and complexity of our cuisine.
When selecting wine for A.Wong we think not only about whether the wines are a joy to drink on their own but we also think about the herbs, spices, sauces and cultures in our cooking. We tailor our list so that styles and vintages pair with certain dishes and cooking techniques – where the food tells the story, the wine provides the music.
