With us both being massive lovers of Chinese food, myself and Ricardo have put together our small but thoughtfully well-chosen wine list that complements all the intricacies of regional Chinese cuisine; From the middle eastern spiced, starchy dishes of Xinjiang to the fiery and umami rich dishes of Sichuan, to the delicate and texturally intriguing cuisine of Canton. A myriad of flavours, textures and cooking techniques have been considered while creating the list at A.Wong.
Our suppliers are as passionate about showing us fantastic hand-crafted wines as we are sharing our knowledge about them so please put perception of what should and shouldn’t “go” with Asian food aside and chat to us at the restaurant.
